Man, this was a long blog post. I looked over it so many times. Basicially, if you’re interested in checking it out and reading it, it’s a vent about a certain gacha game that I feel like leaving after 5 years of playing due to the changes and greedy additions that I don’t like.

I recently came back to this game today because I haven’t played it in years! Last time I played was around 2022. Also, another reason I came back on is because of a mobile game that I’ve been playing for 5 years, Dragon Ball Legends, going downhill and making a lot of greedy changes.

(7/7) Not checking DMs at the moment, but send me an email instead. I don’t know if any Legends players feel the same as me. To add on, I had the worst week… bad anxiety and lack of sleep too…

(6/7) I honestly wish I had a friend to talk to about how I’m feeling. Feels like I have a bad addicition to the game… I keep telling myself that I want to leave but I don’t want to because it’s Dragon Ball.

(5/7) I know it’s just Vegito with cooler animations - I just wanted to try my luck with this banner and maybe I don’t want to anymore. This game makes me think that my favorite characters (especially Launch) that I’ve been using for years are useless because of the newer units.

(4/7) If I actually pull him… cool, but I won’t feel as excited. Next thing you know, the hype dies down, a new character joins, people are excited and use it, useless after a couple of days… cycle repeats.

(3/7) Congrats to any of those players out there who got him. I don’t want to look at social media or YouTube at all and maybe play in the raids because chances are, I’ll see players with that unit, which will make me feel more jealous.

(2/7) The long maintenance times really affected my feelings with this game more after playing for years since 2021 and honestly, this might be the final straw for me.

(1/7) I don’t know how many people following me plays Dragon Ball Legends, but… I had 13k Chrono Crystals (I’m a free to play player) saved up for months and didn’t get Legend Super Vegito at all. Now I’m down to 65.

This might be the end of an era for me playing this game.

I had the worst night because of the maintenance. Barely any sleep. This is just awful. I guess Super Vegito really broke the game (I also heard that it happened before during the 1 year anniversary, same character; I wasn’t there sadly).

Started to see the game go way downhill around last year, especially with the addition of supporters. This game used to be about building a team of your favs. Now, it’s just, who can get the stronger unit in the game. And if you don’t have the recent character from the banner, you’re done.
