After 300 stunning miles, here at the Cremyll ferry, I have finally run out of Cornish coastal path. Now its time to forge inland and follow the Tamar across the peninsula to complete the circuit. Only 87 miles to go!
Circuit of Cornwall Day 27 - Polperro to Portwrinkle
This is Portnadler bay - I used to catch Wrasse off the headland rocks here - they are not that tasty but the cat absolutely loved them.π±
Circuit of Cornwall Day 26. Par to Polperro.
Once past the Gribben head it all becomes so familiar;
memories of lazy days at Lantic bay when I was younger.
The Dovecote at Cotehele gardens in Cornwall. I like it so much I want to build my own.

After 250 miles, this house near Portmellon is definitely my favourite so far. I desire it greatly.

This house at Place opposite St Mawes goes straight into the top 5 houses I have seen (and covet) on my journey so far.

This little fella landed right next to me. None other than one of Cornwall's rare Choughs (currently only 200 birds). Pardon the pun, but I was well chuffed. I swear it bowed to me, which I believe makes me an honorary Cornishman.
Just finished decorating the bus shelter for our village VE Day celebrations.

Onwards and upwards.....and upwards, and downwards, and very upwards and very downwards etc.
Now I would be lying if I didnβt admit I have high hopes for my scarecrows in the village VE Day competition.
They donβt like it up em!
Circuit of Cornwall Day 7: Port Isaac to Rock.
Turquoise seas and a staircase of Snowdrops.
Circuit of Cornwall Day 4 Crackington Haven to Boscastle. Had to traverse the tallest cliff in North Cornwall. At 723ft the clue was in its name - High Cliff!
It was a relief to get the Boscastle.
This spell of dry weather has been great for enabling me to get the raised beds ready. This year we are thinking 3 for dahlias, 1 for Cosmos and 1 for Sweet William/Honesty -although alternative suggestions are welcome.
