It was a real departure from his previous work and it was very different. I think Nile Rodgers co- produced the album- it has his fingerprints all over it. I remember Bowie talking about not liking the album. Like you, I do love this song despite its themes.

There are a fair number of British retirees here as it's got a great all year round climate and is much warmer than the UK. It's a two and a half hour flight from the UK to Málaga, so it's not far. I'm not keen on Florida either - it might have something to do with Krasnov being there.🫶🎶

What a great introduction to Bowie with this song. His back catalogue is amazing. He was an incredible performer who constantly pushed the boundaries through his acting and music. He was a genius and is greatly missed. I can see why he's your all time fave artist.❤️🎶
