Last night, my light party and I cleared floor 200 of Palace of the Dead on stream in Final Fantasy XIV. It's been a goal of mine to complete for a while, this among many other pieces of content I had no confidence to do on content.

The pain is like a hot knife in your joints that press against your nerves making it incredibly difficult to use the affected areas. It begins in hands/feet and can spread to knees/elbows.
(Thankfully mine are just my knees/feet)
