It’s very cool to see them side by side. I wanted them to look like they were matching pieces even if they were made two years apart! Even in those two years I think you can see slight changes in each illustration!

These Fantasia pieces take a long time to make but are still some of my favorite illustrations! I added new elements to the background this time to differentiate from the first one like the chalices of wine and baskets of grapes. Just like the Pastoral Symphony sequence consider this act II! #disney

It’s been 2 years since the first Fantasia centaurs fanart, and with this month marking its 85th birthday I felt like it was time for a sequel! There’s so many delightful designs that I knew I would want to add more eventually!

Only took a while but I finally finished Darling! She is one of my favourites so I’m glad I finally finished the art I started in February. She’s kind, brave, and noble doing her heroism in secrecy. She’s no damsel in distress…she answers the call when no one else will, sword in hand! #everafterhigh

Halloween may be over but there’s one more Monster High character I wanted to draw this year! Maple Lodge made her debut in the latest Monster High Comic House Haunters and I adore her design. A monster haunted house character is so much fun and she just screams fall! 🍂

Daughters of the Hydra Peri and Pearl Serpentine! 🪸🐍

Kind Peri is very different from her sister Pearl who tends to be strong willed. Pearl can get swept up in Kalas plans and Peri is her anchor. Peri can be quiet so having Pearl stand up for them keeps things in balance. #monsterhigh

It took a week to paint, ink, cut and glue the whole thing together but I’m so proud of it! It’s based on the first building my friends and I burned down in DnD!

I also got to pick the music for the gallery and you know I had to represent my faves!

We hosted a Halloween themed party at the Art Gallery so I made my costume match the exhibition! I’m a burning house!

Book signings will be hosted in the Main Hall right as you enter the gallery. The event begins at 4pm - 7pm on October 30th alongside AGA’s FREE NIGHT ENTRY! We hope to see you there!

When her doll was released I was mesmerized! A Victorian garden ghost with spiderweb and glowing candle accessories? Absolutely stunning! She’s hauntingly beautiful with her glowing lamp to help guide her way through her ghastly garden. #monsterhigh

I love when creators get to show their love and passion in designer dolls! She’s a manananggal that can split in half with red threads to represent her inner organs. The nods to Filipino culture with the design makes her one of my fave designer dolls! #monsterhigh

The wait is over! Here comes Amanita Nightshade! 🥀☠️

Being a corpse flower that blooms so rarely means Amanita is a big deal. She won’t miss a chance to be in the spotlight as her vines grow wild like she is. It’s hard when you’re adored by so many fans but Amanita loves the attention.

Family oriented and kind Skelita is a monster with so much creativity. She makes incredible fashions while honouring her family back home. She draws her strength and passion from them and wears her family’s necklace with pride.

Next in our lineup is Bonita Femur! 🦋🦴

Naturally timid and shy, Bonita sometimes gets too anxious to open up to others. Being a hybrid monster she sometimes struggles with knowing how to fit in. Once you get to know her you’ll see her gentle and sweet sides…skeleton and moth sides too! #monsterhigh

Starting this Monster High Month with Jinafire! 🐉🔥

As a Chinese Monster High fan I often go back and forth with some design decisions. Designing a dragon and showing Asian representation is something I love. While she isn’t perfect I do like how the new gen tries to make better representation!

It’s been a joy to get to draw these designs! I am happy to see a new generation who get to have these girls grow with them. At the end of the day the reboot may not be perfect, but what makes Winx special is all of us coming together and seeing a little of ourselves in each member.

🐉🔥 The Winx have finally returned! 🐉🔥

We had to end it off with the fairy of the dragon flame! I actually do like aspects of her outfit, the asymmetry and the wild ponytail gives the feeling of chaos. Very much like wild fire, Bloom’s design represents the uniqueness and power within.
