I've got chills, they're multiplyin'

Had this idea at 3 am and had to doodle it before going back to sleep.

So I Im probably in a state where im used to having it every day, meaning if i try going without it im gonna struggle a lot. Im wondering how many days of intense brain fog id have to go through to get where you are. But I almost feel like I DO need it every dst too.

I'd been taking it every day for a couple years now, and I do feel I notice a lot of my anxiety spikes certainly seem to happen in the evening/night.

How often do you take yours? Like every other day or every few days? I feel I get really brain foggy when I dont take them.
