A lot of the therapists I looked at were 100-130$ per session

Thinking I'd rather pay 150-200 if thats what it takes to get someone who'll actually help me

This combined with everything else going on...

I just fucking can't anymore. I don't know what to do, I don't know what to be hopeful for, and I just feel sick.

Gonna try and at least get insurance and a doctor soon, need at least that win. Maybe I'll try therapy again after.

On top of that...being late, and then cutting the session VERY short, for what felt like 30min of a lot of dead air, seemingly distracted with 'scheduling'. Not to mention twice I tried to bring up something important.. and being interrupted for something else.

Waste of money and time..

I'm so fucking demoralized right now.

Things with the therapist were slow..but I was trusting the process. But today, therapist pretended to 'go grab a power cable' for their laptop. Only to accidentally leave the sound on, so I could hear her take a call with her b/f.

Probably gonna stay up all night. So, gonna play some Hollow Knight 1! Lets see if we can beat the council of mantis.
