Communist Dutton at it again
17.02.2025 21:49 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0A Murdoch royal commission objectively would take a fair while and the optics look shocking .βpolitical leader oppose news station who has negative opinion of him so heβs using his power to shut them downβ. Itβs Putin esk and is a cop out for Aussie not taking responsibility for making dumb choices
17.02.2025 21:48 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Maybe if people online focused more on attacking the literal trump lite candidate instead of nitpicking laborβs amazing policy platform we wouldnβt have that issue ?
17.02.2025 21:46 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Counter point. The far left is doing everything in their power to give power to the far right than accept anything less than a socialist paradise.
17.02.2025 21:45 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Temu trump is allergic to good policy
24.01.2025 03:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I want you to explain how a single term consisting of the voice, making expensive medicines cheap for cancer battlers, improving minimum wage and lowering-taxes of the middle class and raising the taxes on big business, wiping student debt and-creating social housing funds is aβright wing platformβ
07.01.2025 00:21 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0You literally have taken pot shots at me this whole post but I didnβt necessarily call you lazy I called the rhetoric of pretending both parties are the same is lazy as evidenced by your lack of acknowledgement of all their initiatives and choosing to focus on things you personally donβt like.
06.01.2025 07:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 3 π 0New Zealand are absolutely aligned with the USA.
I want you to sell me a world where a country whoβs popular vote went to the LNP last election will vote for a party that decides to completely obliterate our military defence capabilities in the face of βspooky Chinaβ every night on the news.
You wanna know the way you get rid of timid labor governments support them massively and work towards a future of ALP vs greens politics where more reasonable political debate can occur rather then doing the LNPs job for them by creating the lazy βtheyβre the sameβ narrative online
06.01.2025 06:56 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Aukus was technically created by the LnP to be fair. I Donβt know the details of your fossil fuel claims but Iβd counter with largest investment in renewables ever seen and tripled the tax intake from the mining industry in the most recent financial year aswell as closing tax loopholes for next year
06.01.2025 06:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Thatβs correct under the correct Australian political landscape the voting populace would absolutely reject an independence policy (cheered on by the media desperate to get the libs back in)
06.01.2025 06:51 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0But I am dissapointed to hear youβre opposed to a government who just this week introduced medications for the brave battlers of breast and prostate cancer to the PBS that would ordinarily cost over 70 grand a session. Iβm sure βtheyβre all the sameβ on that arenβt they
06.01.2025 06:45 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Whitlam had abit more then a tentative one seat majority to do all of that oh and remember what happened to him when he went against the USAβs interests (as you suggest we should) ? Suddenly you think that canβt happen again ? Ask Kevin Rudd how that went for him aswell.
06.01.2025 06:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0They have literally been blocked on dozens of bills by the libs. I think one climate bill passed because the greens refused to pass it allowing the libs to water it down.
Union bashing ? CFMEU fan I guess ? Iβm sure the unions hate the whole industrial relations reforms that big business hate hey
I think youβll find on the rest of this ladies posts I presented several reasonable political concepts that indicate in my opinion this labor government has donβt a phenomenal and brave job on government with a slim majority and lack of support in the upper house. My biggest fear is an LNP return
06.01.2025 06:22 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0I primarily care for PlayStation Vr content on here hence the name apologies for spreading the good word of the political party thatβs making me and my fellow young Aussies lives a hella lot better.
06.01.2025 06:04 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0They are arguably the most left leaning government since Whitlam but ofcourse a government that doesnβt do exactly every single policy you personally want down to a tee is always gonna be bad hey
06.01.2025 06:03 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Iβd imagine the increases to social security, Medicare and massive boost in developments to social housing would fall under that category. Applying your logic couldnβt I say making the working class pay tax is discriminatory? (I donβt think that btw)
06.01.2025 06:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0In three years they legislated the biggest pay rises in decades, altered the tax brackets to favour working Aussies l, have started bringing bulk billing back from being on life support, are assisting young Aussies with student debts and have created a sustainable housing fund. That is change.
06.01.2025 05:57 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0You wonβt find it reported on the main stream news but I assure you big business is absolutely filthy with laborβs changes to multinational tax see βthe debt reduction creations rulesβ and changes to thin capitalisation and oecd 15% rule, see the mining industrys tax collection being tripled.
06.01.2025 05:55 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Then thank labor for removing eftpos fees and pressuring commbank into not going ahead with there additional fees
06.01.2025 05:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 02 things. One you think policies designed to assist working Aussies is discriminatory ? Secondly the Blokes like the first Aussie PM to vote against the US interests since Whitlam. No amount of grandstanding will change the fact if you piss off the US too much you get removed. Ask Whitlam.
06.01.2025 05:52 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Well if youβre putting LNP above them on your voting sheet all I can do is wish you the best with only ever getting casual work, never getting a pay rise and paying a lot more for basic services. You can stand proud knowing however that the mining industry and big firms will be doing better.
08.12.2024 22:30 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0No need for the smart arse comment didnβt mean to be disrespectful just informative.
The tax things relatively simple the brackets only change at the start of a new financial year eg after 1 July 2024. And simple the temporary LNP bribe βlitmoβ tax reduction expired just as labor took power.
To be fair albo gave you the biggest pay rise in years, altered tax brackets to benefit the low and middle class, brought back bulk billing from the death, big industrial relations reforms (unions exist again). Tripled the taxβs the minerals industry paid this year and closed heaps of tax loopholes.
08.12.2024 07:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 1Bold move for him to openly admit heβs more focused on acting like a gossipy high school girl then actually trying to articulate his vision for the nation to the public
05.12.2024 11:57 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Idunno man albo gave me a hectic pay rise, has slowed house price growth, curbed the libs inflation mostly, made decent progress on renewables, lowered my taxes, enabled me to see a bulk billed doctor and is actively helping me deal with my hecs debt. Im pretty happy with the bloke.
05.12.2024 11:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 3 π 0They are most definitely still centre left. No right wing party would ever dare vote against America, initiate the voice campaign. Triple the taxes paid by the resource industry, close many multinational loopholes and give the highest raise I think ever in the minimum wage in a single year.
05.12.2024 11:49 β π 3 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0Isnβt there like close to 200 games nowadays? Plus like 4 premium titles in the next month or so.
03.12.2024 03:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I appreciate itβs easy to hurl mud and pretend theyβre gonna suddenly torture all migrants. Itβs clearly a knee jerk reform because of the LNPs poor handling of dangerous criminals that needed passing asap. You really canβt just allow high profile criminals to walk around cause of an ineffective law
