I read the article. I'm not sure how Dems can use the tactic and still be honest. But there are times when the tactic can backfire. As with the Epstein coup by MAGA that is now harrowing Resident Rump.

This supports what Mark Maron is saying. Free speech has nothing to do with public criticism of comedians ridiculing vulnerable people.

I read many here who think that pro-Trump union members are the victims of right wing media propaganda. I've read that Mark regards Bluesky as one sided towards liberals. Even if that's the case, there's the saying "Truth has a liberal bias". We tend to fact check and critique ourselves, imo.

I grew up near Pittsburgh and though I live in IN, I followed Fetterman and Lamb and liked both at one time. I think Lamb has a political future still. Rigid ideology is a dead end. Mamdani and new Dem, Geoff Duncan, should both have a place in our party. The key is ethics and a social conscience.
