I have been wracking my brains trying to come up with a single instance where privatizing a government service has ever either improved the service or saved any money at all.

Can anyone help me think of an example?

i hope that writers who believe writing is resistance are also reading books beyond what represents their own demographic and sharing those books. i realized post election that a lot of people don't. writing to resist also means we should read to expand our own views.
