I think it would be nice if when mentioned users, it defaulted to the first part of the name and hid the @bsky.social part. It would make mentioning people look so much nicer.

The urge to get a custom domain just so I can have one for bluesky is killing me.... I was already this close to getting one and this might put me over the edge 💀
