My heart breaks now that everyday I have to think about my husband carrying his passport and documents when he leaves the house in case ICE stops him. He’s not an immigrant, he’s a full citizen, born here. But he’s 1/2 Mexican, brown, and has a Hispanic last name and ICE doesn’t care.
