First, the charges were brought by 12 of Donald's fellow New Yorkers sitting on a grand jury after finding the the charges were valid and backed by sufficient evidence.

Second, the convictions were made by a regular jury after coming to the same conclusions.

Third, Felon Trump was NOT exonerated.
