How do you paint fear? This is probably the hardest thing I've ever painted: this 5-year-old, #Liam, brutally held by an ICE man. That pure fear, the circles under his eyes, an old man just peeking through. My heart bleeds while painting. Thanks to the photographer who alerted the world.
