I'm 55 now and I thought a long time about this and completed this document in the last weeks.

I think in some cases maybe YES. Suffering is not a problem, but we had some heavy (and long timed) cases of Alzheimer in our family (they were all in a NH) and I think an illness like this, is for me one of such cases. Sometimes is a death better.

You're right... 5 or 10 "bonus years" in a nursing home are not "golden years".
