First line is incorrect grammar. It is “Manchester United “are” not “is”. Manchester United is a group, a team, referred to correctly as a plural therefore “They are” not “It is”. When referring the the club as an organisation, it “is”, but reference to the team should pluralised as in “they are”.

There was also that one in the second half where their player knocked the ball past our centre half, ran full pelt straight into him on purpose and was giving a free cake. All because he’s a referee on a mission to make headlines so that the game is all about him not about the football.

We saw that. It was as if he had suddenly discovered he’d got a flag in his hand and he was flagging 25 minutes late for their goal. Absolute joke linesman.

The referee made headlines a few weeks ago by ignoring a premier league VAR overrule. He now thinks he’s a superstar, and he wanted the game to be all about him not about the football. Clearly, he is trying to make a name for himself. Terrible, terrible ref.
