I can’t speak to the belt fan, but getting in outdoor time in the forest during the heat is great. No pavement to soak up heat.

Just picking a shady street to walk on goes a long way. My street has no trees, the street a block over has good trees, and that feels like a huge difference by itself.

I just absolutely can’t imagine having the time to “research” everything that governments already advise me to do, typically based on actual thorough research.

There is, statistically speaking, not a metre in all of Canada where there are too many bike lanes. Why not ask the stupidest question? Shame is dead.

I loved Marseille but can’t really remember what I actually did there. 15 years is a while.

There was a nice Christmas market at the old port as I was there at that time of year, and the walk up to the cathedral was nice.

I try really hard to rotate my Garmin to my other wrist enemy night so I’m still wearing it but my wrist gets a break.
