Yeppers. I'm talking months/years depending on location of pain. PT helped, but it wasn't the answer. Swimming def would be a good overall strength exercise, but I would start with extremely low weight barbells for targeted work on forearm/bicep. OT will def guide you in the right direction.

Mine started for the same reason, but the bad/good news is that no amount of ergonomic stuff is going to fix it. Only long term strength building in the forearm and shoulder coupled with flexibility building in the same parts will help. Chest too.

No worries. There's also a chance the carriers mixed them up, but that happens all the time and both carriers are used to swapping wrong packages, it'll just take a little bit longer than if the mistake hadn't happened. And I'm so glad you like the box :D I'm happy with them!!

UPS hands packages to USPS all the time for "final mile delivery" because USPS is constitutionally obligated to provide service to the whole of the USA. A private company like UPS is not.

tbf a lot of those stores have easy beginners stuff, though even just doing a smiley face or heart is how a lot of people start. I think my first was an heart on buckskin that I quickly aborted cuz it was so hard LMAO

As I said, a lot of them still haven't been picked up by the carrier yet and are still sitting in my warehouse waiting for the carrier to come again on Wednesday and Friday. Their trucks can only pick up so much at a time, so I assume you'll see movement by then.
