15/ PA is required to audit 2% of its ballots or 2000 ballots, whichever is LESS in each county. Philadelphia County cast 727,595 ballots. They were required to audit 2000 ballots. That's .27% of the ballots. That's less than 1%, less than .5%. (POINT).27%.

14/ And how is Mr. Becker defining "fully audited"? Fully audited implies ALL the ballots are checked.

This is a far cry from what actually happens.

Kansas is required to do a hand-count audit in 1% of precincts. So 99% of Kansas precincts are not audited.

The Verified Voting Audit Law Database is likely the most up to date info about post-election audits in the US. Although there are other good sources.

9/ So the claim that we have 98% paper is disingenuous at best, and outright deceptive at worst.

Let's move on to the claim that all of those 98% of ballots are "fully audited by hand counting to confirm the results." This is such a gross misstatement of facts that it's laughable.
