Using a makeup sponge makes things go faster and you get a nice textured look as well

Put together prints of new stuff. Details came out a bit soft, might go for a reprint when I have some money to spare, but I'd say it's good enough to release the files after some tweaks.

Development of a design: this guy went thru 3 iterations before I found my groove in designing these miniatures. Took about a month of studying the front mission look and I'm still discovering stuff with each new model I make. Trust the process.

Some painted mecha minis I made on windows 3dBuilder. The goal for me at this point is to make a lot of these, in different shapes and sizes for 3d printing.

The Front Mission aesthetic will probably stick with me forever tho 😅

Trying new things. Designing some conversion parts for a plastic model kit I have at home. So far finished the shoulders and missile launcher, next will be the head. I plan on getting these printed on flexible resin.

This mini started life as a Lyran Regulars mech before I stripped it & sold to a good friend. This year he sold a couple of mechs from his collection & I bought this back from him.

It now proudly joins one of my fave Merc units sporting a fresh coat of paint.
