#WesternU engineering prof Mohamed Zaki and a team of students played a central role in the technical design of a new autonomous #EV concept unveiled at the Canadian International AutoShow last week. Project Arrow Borealis brought together more than 80 partners from across the country.

News today of yet another 90 day extension in the trade standoff the USA set off with China.

I continue to worry that if a ‘deal’ finally happens, it will be bad for US automakers.

China isn’t blinking and is not likely to make serious trade offs without gaining access to the US auto market.

How many ‘trade experts’ had 🇨🇦 in the losing bracket because of Japan’s ‘deal’ with Trump & our lack of one.

Now we see the Japan ‘deal’ has no paper & no actual tariff ceiling. Japan & the USA don’t even have same read of the terms.

She was a lot of firsts but she always put us first & led by example.
