Oh, well it's on BritBox now. Charles Ryder is supposed to be half Rex Whistler and half Evelyn (the author) himself. And Sebastian Flyte is supposed to be half Stephen Tennant and Evelyn's lover Hugh Lygon. Evelyn didn't know Stephen/Rex much, I'd assume he filled gaps with his own experiences.

So, i've just looked into this. 1 bar of dark chocolate has 70 mg of caffeine.

1 cup of coffee (8 fl oz) has 95 mg.

1 cup of black tea has 47 mg.

So, not bad. I can't do caffeine drinks anymore but I can do chocolate so it's my go-to.
