These last few weeks with work and hospital scares with pregnant wife have really tested my stoic frameworks.
We can’t control what happens, but we can control our responses.
I’ll be repeating that all day as a mantra.
Well my hockey team lost but hey at least I deadlifted 225lbs for the first time today. Got to love the little things.
