State Department to suspend passport applications seeking sex-marker changes Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in a memo reviewed by NBC News, said additional guidance would be issued on existing passports containing an “X” sex marker.

Executive order made where pending passports with X gender marker to be suspended/not valid.

Current ones are questionable, but atm still good. However, there is a chance those can also become invalid.
