Got pissed at Libai so here's Kamut and Komeko (I refuse to end the series with Libai lol)
They both are core members of the Gambit. Kamut is a loan shark so he doesn't really station in any region, unlike Komeko, who's stationed in Johto and works with Kami and Lugia/Kyurem

The Treasures manifested shortly after the decree was created and had to leave Johto even though they were helping people. After starting over in Paldea, Xerneas sealed them because they were interfering/ protecting the people from Xerneas' experiments with the Terastal phenomenon

They used represent War and be on the frontline of Black Day war (started by Mew). After losing the Beast Trio, Ho-oh decreed that no Dark- or Ghost-type was allowed in Johto and executed them all. This didn't last long though, but it did traumatized some (Treasures of the Ruin)

Arc was wandering in a market, saw Koraidon and immediately knew that he wasn't from this dimension. They decided not to do anything because they remembered Zygarde's (wise) words: "Don't butt in others' bussiness"

Mew2's a good scientist (unlike Mew and Xerneas) but they get bored too easily. Whoever collaborates with them has to keep them hooked. Porygon and Rotom are their projects that's still on-going (Porygon is mass-produced and Rotom ran away)
