My footwork on the one handed shooting is pretty sloppy - getting into a proper stance before shooting is good muscle memory to build. The best stance is the one that feels right for you and is repeatable.

Improving you cardio is one of the best ways to improve your shooting. You can see here that this is not difficult shooting, but I'm missing like fuck in large part because I'm gassed out from the heat and previous stages of the day.
