Oh! And salt makes you look puffy. I remember reading a magazine article about under-eye puffiness and it saying to reduce salt intake (I want to say it was Seventeen or Glamour, from like 2007ish)

Too much salt = heart attack. That being said, my parents are really worried about me not getting /enough/ salt because a neighbors's son had to be hospitalized after only eating rice crispies for like, a college semester. So I guess the claim is that there's a perfect sweet spot of salt intake.

I'm no lawyer, no expert on how this will go, I'm just heartbroken and angry and so tired. I spend a lot of time and energy trying to not linger on feelings like this and instead do things that are helpful--and I will keep doing that. But right now I'm just wailing pathetically, about everything.
