3. Have the FF Top control your substance intake, as they are usually more in tune as to what is going on with the FF bottom.
While not an exhaustive list, it's a start. So please everyone: be safe out there in all that you do.

1. Wear a sports watch that can keep track of your heart rate during play. If you're topping, put the watch on when you take breaks so you're aware of your heart rate.
2. Set a timer so you can interval your substance intake and not over do it.

If you want more information about chems and how they mix together, please seek out a harm reduction website (preferably one in Europe) for accurate and informative information.

Some basic things you can do to keep yourself safe during play:

Poppers and viagra can be a fatal combination. Ketamine and alcohol do not mix well. And those gas station honey packets? They're supposed to contain Horny Goat Weed, but the majority of them are just powdered Viagra; so be aware if you're taking that with poppers.

community for years and its negative impact has been noted time and time again. I get it. You can buy it in a store so it must not be that bad. But please don't make that assumption.
