I have done this to myself, really. I'm trying to keep the book boxes small and not too heavy but it's just resulting in many, many small ones.

I told myself I wouldn't do anything related to my upcoming move today, yet here I am 8 hours later, surrounded by boxes and a mess that's entirely of my own making.

A lot of people on this site are very bad at boundaries and have not quite achieved sufficient theory of mind to recognize that other people are not just content dispensers and rage sinks, and it is very fucking tedious

It's not a coincidence that I've been back to work for 5 weeks and have not touched any of my paintings in that time.

I have somehow only just realized that the Olympics are a) this year, and b) this weekend.

I've got this one preordered, really looking forward to it.

So many of the things I want to do can't be done until I sort my housing out, so they're on hold.
For now, at least I can get new books.

40 cm of snow in the last 24 hours. Why did my parents choose this place to immigrate? I was built for cold and rainy not cold and putting my back out shoveling goddamn snow.

Today has just been shoveling, shoveling again, coming inside to wait until I need to shovel, then more shoveling. At least the physical activity shuts the brain up for a while.
