At Colorado Sen. Michael Bennett’s office, Voices for Science advocates Ashley Bosa and Rose Rossell brought home the message that NOAA and NASA funding and facilities are critical for university collaboration and essential for building resilience with rural communities against natural hazards.

Nearly half of U.S. grad students in AI and semiconductor programs are born abroad. Many are forced to leave after graduation.
