Sure but that was literally decades ago. At this point the Mets have a bigger payroll. As do the Dodgers. In fact, the Yankees super high budget era started really when they stopped winning world serieses. It's a convenient thing to hate but it just doesn't like up with reality.

One caveat. The Yankees fans were indeed salty that the Mets got Juan Soto. But they got over it way before the Mets fans stopped gloating.

But when I go to games at Citi Field, the Meta fans talk a ton of shit on the Yankees. They chant "Yankees suck" in the stairwell after the game win or lose with the Yankees not even playing.

When I go to games at Yankee Stadium nobody mentions the Mets. The fans are mostly happy.

As a New Yorker, it is hilarious how rent free the Yankees live in everyone else's heads. Even when they're not eligible to play anymore, they are on the lips of baseball fans worldwide.

I blame a decades long smear campaign from Mets fans. And I like the Mets too.

It took me a week to beat one of them, then one session all their patterns were in my muscle memory together and I beat it. Pretty sure the feeling that gives me is why I still play games.

I'll keep that in mind. I'm currently pretty locked in on Silksong. The difficulty doesn't bother me, and I can only play a reasonable amount of time every week so I'm just enjoying the expansive world be revealed one section at a time.

I did the same thing a while back. The whole thing just seemed aggressively fine. I know it's too much to ask for New Vegas level of quality here but there just isn't anything to chew on.

Even if some fell through the cracks, the whole idea is that FPS games are way more associated with American developers and not as many have been made in Japan. So...what are the Japanese ones like?
