Short for summer, longer for winter. If you need recommendations for product, I use Bossman brands for beard care. Really great stuff, best I’ve found. Beard oil, balm for dry itchy dandruff skin, moustache mud that shapes moustache without pulling hairs out. Nice scents or no scent at all.

Maybe part time nomadic? My own Mid-range plan was to have a job that I could work remote when my partner retires, and spend six months out of country and six months home. And just put our place on AirBnB or something as additional income while we are gone.

Quite honestly, just me, if I were single at this stage of life, in a line of work that permits it, and I’m doing well at it, which you seem to, I’d be nomadic. I’ve had quite enough of trying to do what’s expected of me. I’d rather live life on *my* terms.

Yup. If they laid me off, they would very literally not have anyone to operate their loss prevention department. Literally shoot themself in the foot. But they also won’t pay me my value either. So my choice is to stay for low pay, or try to find a better paying job

Yeahhhh… not our HR. Our HR exists to protect the company, not for the employees. If you are not a senior level department head or director, you have no value.

That's not a me problem. That's a them problem. My supervisor kind of summed it up nicely. He and my colleague failed at covering me while I was out, so now my boss is embarrassed at his failure and trying to cover his ass by making it my fault I took time off in December.

So if ANYONE is looking for a Senior Fraud Analyst (eComm specialist, interested into moving into Financial/Banking and getting out of the retail calendar) I'm looking. 22+yrs experience, supervisor/manager level experience, fraud logic writing, Chargeback Analyst, process improvement, policy etc.
