Is that in the online revival? I've recently re-read the entire original 184-issue run and don't recall it being mentioned, unless you're referring to the Amy & Tekno headcanon - which I'm all in favour of, but don't think it was actually canonised?

I don't see the Archie similarity at all - as many others have said here, the STC/"Fleetway" interpretation of the character is much, much closer to what's being described here
