I owe Rachel a huge apology for taking so long with these. Sometimes things just need to sit. Art happens when it's damn well ready and not a moment before or after. Slime was an interesting substance to work with. I could see myself doing something like this again. It was a learning process.

Obviously not my usual subject matter, but it was still really fun to capture this. Setting aside time to intentionally walk around and take pics felt amazing and I need to keep in mind to do it more.

Went out on a little photo hunt yesterday, snapping some new textures to use for some upcoming work. I happened upon this little pile of rotting apples and I'm honestly shocked how excellent this shot came out.

I've been thinking about this image a lot recently, and I think I'd like to revisit this concept: either update the image or completely reshoot this concept (likely the second) and see what I can do with it now, having more experience.
