This is denies the legitimacy of Gaza by revoking vulnerable basic rights (access to education, healthcare, assistance.) The UN defines Statelessness as occurring when a place of nationality ceases to exist, or when the territory on which they live comes under the control of another state.

His work on the continuity of *ordinary* German society is pivotal, when examining the shifts in collectivity that allowed for mass acquiescence. One which can be illustrated from Bismarck, through WWI, the Treaty of Versailles, mounting tensions during Weimar, the Reich etc
