"It gives you cancer." The comic makes a hard cut to the dude hospitalized, attached to a respirator and a blood bag as he lays sickly in a hospital bed. The square sits in a cheap plastic chair next to him, his eyes visibly burning from hours of crying. Despite these tears, he has finally settled on becoming emotionally hollow. It's quiet.
