Flying north this time, so I expect a Birds eye view of spring unwinding. And I’m perfectly fine with that because I’ll get to watch it bloom afresh on the return!

I freaking LOVE my career.

Heres to the tears, deep thoughts, a few shallow ones, and tons of enormous laughs and strong connections from the stage. 🎤

It’s rare for me to road trip to an event, but I’m here for solo time w/books, music, and some road snacks.

Only a 6hr drive to Missouri this time, but I once drove from Little Rock to NYC for an event.

What’s your craziest road trip, and would you repeat it?

Almost a foot of snow at Inkwell today! We’re staying in with hot cocoa and a fire, but a few years ago we were sledding down this driveway and laughing until our bellies hurt. Both options are fabulous for a rare southern snow day. Here’s me tossing a snowball your way: ⚪️❄️

Where am I?

No matter where I’m going to or coming from, this is my most frequent layover spot. Even when it means I make huge zig-zag patterns across the US like I am today.

I walked 2.5 miles here today, worked a while, and had a great meal. What do you do on a long layover?

I had such an incredible day at the United Nations Headquarters advocating for Human Rights as part of the United Nations Association. Reach high, then reach higher, and align yourself with good things.🇺🇳🌐

Times Square has a warm glow even when it’s freezing cold and windy. I ❤️ NY.
