A year ago we were standing on the India/Pakistan border joking with guards on both sides; as well as the other four or five times we have crossed here. Hey dudes, we want to go back later this year - sort yourselves out. STOP IT!

This is what happens when there is nothing to do in Adelaide, the travel blogs are done, the lawn may get mowed, shops are closed do to ANZAC day and all there is left is photoshop and I no longer feel like a 77-year old soon to be 78.

Kerala, a state on India's tropical Malabar Coast, has nearly 600km of Arabian Sea shoreline. It's known for its palm-lined beaches and backwaters, a network of canals. Inland are the Western Ghats, mountains whose slopes support tea, coffee and spice plantations as well as wildlife.
