Got an email from Netflix titled "We've Added Something You Might Like". Intrigued, I opened the email to discover they have added The Boss Baby (2017) to their platform.

Happening now: a protest in Chicago's federal plaza is underway in response to US and Israeli strikes on Iran earlier today.
Chicago Ald. Byron Sigcho Lopez just addressed the crowd, which I'd put at a couple hundred people strong. A lone counterprotestor is also posted up across the street.
This is one of the videos the NYT has verified and links to in their reporting.
NYT: "Video verified by [NYT] showed ... rescuers digging through the rubble with building cranes and shovels, and piles of bloodied, dusty backpacks."

This story was The Pitt at its best and I really appreciate this additional context. Also, Katherine LaNasa, like she is in every scene of the show, is simply extraordinary throughout this difficult sequence, showing empathy, grace, sadness, care and righteous anger.

People say what's the point of impeachment? It'll fail.
The War Powers resolution will possibly (probably?) fail as well, like the Venezuelan War Powers resolution.
You push for both because both are required responses to the illegality we're facing.
NYT: Near the White House, hundreds of high school students protest ICE.
By Campbell Robertson and Callie Holtermann
Hundreds of students walked out of high schools across Washington on Friday for a rally in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
Let me be crystal clear on something: were this law to be passed, every one of the 13 states with Freedom to Read laws would cease to have those laws to protect them anymore.
We have poured so much energy into those state laws–which matter, hear me–but they are not going to solve the big issue.
The White House posting a fake AI video of a gold medal athlete would be an insane scandal in the old times. www.nytimes.com/athletic/707...

The richest man owns X.
The second and third richest men control Google.
The fourth richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
The fifth richest man owns The Washington Post.
And now the sixth richest could soon take over both Paramount and Warner Bros.
See the problem here?
The best thing you can do in light of the Ellison takeover of Warner Brothers invest your time, energy, and money in supporting independent creators and independent distribution networks and independent venues. It is absolutely crucial to make independence a viable option.

Netflix won't counter Ellison's offer.
Ladies and gentleman, the full right wing power grab is here and will now be beamed into every home on CBS, CNN, HBO, movies from Warner and Paramount.
