A floating glass heart terrarium houses Totoro sleeping in a lush forest. Mini Totoro holds a leaf over his head and bunny sprites sleep on his belly. Sunflowers, Japanese Irises, and Daffodils blossom in the background. In the foreground, a frog sits on a lily pad as a single sandal floats between water lilies. Below the surface of the pond, tadpoles swim. Under the ground, roots push into the dirt and we see an acorn, an ear of corn, a top, and a whistle all from the film. The backdrop is a pink sunset filled with fluffy white clouds and three rainbows. The water spills in streams from the heart terrarium into the sky below.

I’ve wanted to do a #totoro piece for ages and this was the perfect opportunity. There are so many hidden details I’m excited about.
