When writing or drawing, or any arts-ing, it's important to remember that it's okay to leave a piece unfinished.

Starting taught you something, and returning to it will reveal how much you learned.

One of the best parts of writing is seeing the characters and world fight against you.
I made you to die, yet you live not through your strength but the mercy of others aiding your rebellion.
You reshaped the world from one without you to one centered on you, and I couldn't be more proud.

a gentle reminder that you don't need to wait to be good enough to write or draw the things you wanna draw

you get better through creating the things you wanna make, not by waiting to become better to make things

I truly dislike when someone refers to any game as "trash", personally cusses the devs, or purposefully engages in bad faith arguments.

If you don't do any of those things we can be the best of friends.

Hopepunk is the opposite of grimdark. Finding hope in the darkness is a radical, rebellious, beautiful, terrifying act--and is necessary to fight on.

Through hatred and darkness, kindness love and community will prevail and stay constant. There will always be people who support your existence to the very end. We will not comply to their demands. Continue to be yourself. I love you and am with you.

I don't know what to say.. I just hope everyone is being kind to themselves and to lean on your communities more than ever. I think we can still be empowered by being kind and good where we can

one last thing: we will need one another, so when we’re done grieving or whatever this is, i hope we all find a way to help. solidarity is build up on small, day-to-day interactions. and we’ll need to show up for one another.

Desperately sorry for the political posting, but this affects me and my friends so deeply. It'll most likely be a one day thing.

Please continue to support each other as best you can. There'll be a flurry of excuses as to why this happened but the real reason is we're fighting against a large amount of bigots and oligarchs who think lacking empathy makes someone powerful. We cannot just roll over and let that overtake us.

Stop.

Pause.

Take a deep breath.

Don’t.

Center yourself.

Breathe.

And continue to be.
