Somehow boarding by group is fine on most airlines but this process sucks on @SouthwestAir. Is it something to do with the customers or are they just bad at this? Either way those great NPS scores are gonna plummet. @theairshowpodcast.com

Alright; it's been too way long for me to make my first Skeet.
