I never smoked much, but I still take smoke breaks. I move outside, breathe deeply and stare at something letting my mind wander for a couple of minutes. It's nowhere near the same affect, but it does something. I must say sipping Kombucha with a thousand yard stare just doesn't have the gravitas.
