I read the proposal on Blackburn's site and found it very disturbing that it includes a section about wanting AI to be trained to better represent conservative view points. I'm pretty sure this is a direct response to AI debunking many of the lies coming out of the administration.

Happy Valentines Day! I took this video about an hour ago in Hong Kong when we could still see the glow of the sunset.

What an amazing city.

An addition to our home that I love. It is a water feature with a pump that circulates water continuously.

The small lamp changes color every 15 seconds or so. The orange glow behind is from a salt lamp on the other side of the partition.

From my research, The GOP generally views CATO as a highly credible and prestigious source on fiscal policy and deregulation. Many Republican lawmakers rely on CATO’s research to justify tax cuts or spending freezes.

CATO is not a left leaning liberal organization.

Just released, the CATO Institute did a study of the economic impact of immigrants in the US between 1994 - 2023 and concluded they are have a huge net positive impact - $14.4 trillion surplus.

Non-citizen immigrants contribute more than citizens and use less benefits.

I found this on Facebook and felt it was worth sharing.

I should note, my brother is a monk, living in a monastery in Rhode Island. He didn't say these things, but he is enlightened.

You have more control than you may realize. Be good to yourself. You deserve to be happy and healthy.

Bought an orchid to brighten the apartment for Chinese New Year’s which is right around the corner.

Hundreds of thousands of orchids will be purchased in Hong Kong over the next couple of weeks. My orchid is tiny compared to many being sold.

Let’s see what happens in the coming weeks. I just can’t imagine that it will continue to sell tickets or even stay in theaters for long.

I think a bunch of donors bought out all of the tickets for the opening day but didn’t go see the movie. I would love to see a stat on how many saw the movie, not just how many tickets were sold.
