Crashed my bike at 0 MPH on an accessability ramp in early February at Jack Block Park. I decided to get back in the saddle again & confront my fears by visiting the site of my defeat.

Seven years ago today, I was at the Southernmost point of my world travels. Slope Point, Aotearoa (New Zealand).

I just can’t watch a guy who can ruin the day for gold medal winners. trump’s only god is himself. If your Jesus has you defending trump, or calling him a man of God, you don’t know the real Jesus. trump is clueless about people who actually earn anything.

There was an Alex Pretti memorial bike ride in Minneapolis today. Thousands rode in the cold. I did a parallel ride in shirtsleeves. Seattle was over 50 today. I did some birdwatching, too. I saw a crane.
