I’m of the opinion that Ryan Coogler should be spoken of now with the same awe and reverence given to James Cameron.

And Ryan still has DECADES ahead of him in his directing career.

I've said this before about Coogler but basically any white director with his resume of hit making would be treated as the second coming of Spielberg, the way JJ Abrams was (with less justification) like 10-15 years ago.
