one of the things that holds me back is that i can’t stop thinking about multi-character factions and groups and their interactions and multiple heel-face turns or changing allegiances that add nothing to the story. one piece has ruined me

i need the ability to split into four so i can do my stupidly ambitious vns and rpgs and books and misc drawings before my body gives out. those four also need to split into four for each piece of doing the thing. they also need weekends off? my shadow clones have unionized help

the return to numbers really does dull the social aspect. i've got to remember to comment more and bring back some of that warmth and community even if it's annoying

i'm never really synthesizing stuff i like into stuff i make, so i don't feel creative or observant at all. there's no confidence in each step of the process because my palette is so small and just can't grow? i'm really brushing against the limits of my creative ability, it's not natural for me

haven't drawn much lately so i've been trying to fix that by doodling whichever touhou character is related to the heardle that day (plus kutaka, i just wanted to study that chibi head look). i haven't figured out how to make the practice fun yet, but it's a start

a simple boat adventure book shouldn’t be hard but i’m making it difficult for myself by adding 1000 vectors and angles to it, but i think i’m getting close to figuring out a way to tackle it in a way that just gets there beginning to end while covering all the parts…maybe…

a lot of my issue is i don’t know how anyone can help but i can’t find any answers either. nobody knows why my sleep is so bad, nobody can see what i’m doing with my hands that is making my art process Just Not Work. just feels like a hopeless spiral of Less Energy and No Progress forever

really hate how much stuff i’ve got going that’s just placeholders and early drafts and rough outlines, meanwhile my body is just Not capable of more and resting isn’t helping. going to spend next week focusing on cotv2 work and hopefully get into a more satisfying rhythm

i just think there should be an easy to use super robot wars maker engine i can plug all my characters into along with all my drawpile pals’ ones. i want there to be silly crossover stuff and highly reverent animations without having to set my own stuff back another ten years
