Been VERY diligent with my deficit and got the +2 kilos from the new scale down again. 🥳
Knowing a horse has to carry my weight once a week really did something to my brain.
By now the barn cat starts meowing loudly if I don’t give her the the weekly 10 minute cuddles when I‘m at the stable.
Also if you sit down it’s over. She WILL climb on you lap. You WILL love her.

Had to get a new scale because the old one's foot was broken and it kept showing silly numbers.
