I wanted to make summer attire and have always been fond of Guayaberas because of my interest in the history of Americas. I did get the inspiration particularly from The Venture Bros as Brock is seen sporting one in warm weather.

The pose was based on MC Solaar's Prose Combat album art which I greatly like.
