mensgroupfinder
If you’re new to a city, or just feeling isolated, don’t sleep on men’s groups.
It’s not therapy. It’s not church.
Just good men, showing up to grow.
I’m glad I joined. I'm building a site for you to find one for yourself here: www.mensgroupfinder.com (still under construction)

I’m 3 weeks in. Admittedly, no deep friendships yet—but I’ve had meaningful convos, real advice, and been challenged to grow.
Plus we just went out for beers, bowling, and bro’ing out; a great f***ing time.
Still early—but I’m optimistic.

I figured I could lean on joining a hockey team or connect with parents at my kid’s school—but after 3 months, no tight friendships were forming.
That’s when I decided to try something I hadn’t before: joining a men’s group. One focused on real talk, not just surface-level small talk.

Earlier this year, I moved from Texas to the Great White North—Canada. Calgary, specifically.
I knew almost no one out here. And if I was going to enjoy this big move, I knew I needed to build a strong social circle. Here's what happened 👇 #menswork

Reached out to the men's group to see what they suggest on where to start working on these low scored subjects.

I did a self-assessment for men’s group this week.
My top scores: financial responsibility and integrity
My lowest: balancing masculine/feminine energy and emotional connection.
It was humbling—but that’s why I joined. There’s work I’ve avoided. This gives me a place to face it with support.

I joined a men’s group.
It’s awkward.
It’s helping.
I’m gonna share what I learn—embarrassments included—while I build MensGroupFinder.com to help more guys find their group.
