when i was in school we had a few built in snow days which if we didn’t use we’d get random fridays off (we almost always used them all). nice that you sometimes still get free random days off!!

one year they repainted one of my very fun teachers room and she had to take down like 4 rubbermaid tubs worth of decor + class projects and such so she said she was gonna throw glitter into the drying paint (idk if she ever did) cause they made her do it instead of getting to her room over summer

i hate that covid hybrid learning took away snow days from teachers and students 🙅🏻‍♂️ i do also prefer the in person learning style tho so just snow days were the best as a kid my grandmother was also always so excited now no excitement
